TERMINATION
This agreement shall remain effective until terminated by either the customer or The Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Centre (MITEC) within the stipulated notice period agreed upon with MITEC. However, MITEC reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the customer without prior notice and denies access to those who fail to comply with the aforementioned terms and conditions.

Collected Information
We only collect the information that is needed for the registration procedure in our system or when filling up the registration form on the site. The information that we gathered are voluntarily submitted by the customers to us. We collect customer’s personal information during the account registration on our site.
Personal Identification Details
Your personal identification details are used to process your order of the goods, customize your profile information, internal usage with legal requirements, update your information on our site, and also with our latest news and events.
Confidentiality
Your personal information such as credit card details, and bank account numbers are well kept secret and confidential with us. We will never share any of your personal details to any third party. Our sites do apply appropriate security applications in order to keep all the customer's information safe at all times.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
MITEC Exhibition Service Order Portal website has the right to make any changes/updates to Privacy Policy contents without giving prior notice to the customers. Do keep track of the Privacy Policy page on our website.
Security
Our system applies appropriate security applications in order to prevent the leaking of customers’ identification details from third parties, illegal disclosure, and hackers. However, bear in mind that any information transmitted through the Internet is NOT 100% guaranteed safe and secure.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No return and/or refund will be given for canceled or returned orders of sold/rented products delivered and not used during the event for no valid reason.
A return and/or refund is only allowed under the following circumstances;
The product is defective and/or damaged or completely not working upon delivery;

The product is confirmed to be defective and/or damaged or completely non-functional upon onsite inspection and approval by MITEC."

The refund request must be submitted within 7 days after the event ends, failing which payments are non-refundable and will be forfeited.

After receiving your request, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions.

Once your return and/or refund is confirmed and inspected by us, we will process your refunds within 30 working days.
The Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Center (MITEC) reserves the right to reject any inappropriate or unreasonable returns and/or refunds.
Delivery Policy
All exhibition orders and services are subject to availability and must be ordered before the order deadlines stated.
All exhibition orders and services ordered after the deadlines are subject to availability and a 20% surcharge.
Failure to make payment will result in unprocessed orders.
Service Order will only be delivered upon receipt of full payment.
Customers and Exhibitors will receive services in accordance with the products requested. Service-related items, including Internet access, water connections, and compressors, will be delivered one day prior to the event for testing, setup, and positioning. Food and Beverage (F&B) services, along with other services will commence on the first day of the event.
