Refund Policy

All sales are final. No return and/or refund will be given for canceled or returned orders of sold/rented products delivered and not used during the event for no valid reason.

A return and/or refund is only allowed under the following circumstances;

The product is defective and/or damaged or completely not working upon delivery;

  • The product is confirmed to be defective and/or damaged or completely non-functional upon onsite inspection and approval by MITEC."
  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days after the event ends, failing which payments are non-refundable and will be forfeited.

The return and/or refund procedures are as follows:

  • Please email our team at salesoperations@mitec.com.my to request for return and/or refund.
  • After receiving your request, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions.
  • Once your return and/or refund is confirmed and inspected by us, we will process your refunds within 30 working days.

The Malaysia International Trade & Exhibition Center (MITEC) reserves the right to reject any inappropriate or unreasonable returns and/or refunds.
